As Creative Director you will be responsible for the big-picture creative visions across their portfolio of projects. Day to day responsibilities will include:
*Inspiring the business to create, please and deliver a strategic client vision
*Taking ownership over the creative direction of projects end to end
*Working across their full range of services (events, film, design, digital & venue sourcing)
*Liaising with clients and managing key relationships
*Working collaboratively with all internal departments
*Creating and responding to pitches, bids and tenders
*Liaising with external suppliers where possible
*Developing cutting edge creative concepts
*Keeping on top of current industry trends and developments
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with experience working within an event or experiential agency ideally at Creative Director, Creative Lead or Art Director level. We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole creative process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts..

One of the UK's leading events agencies are looking to grow their well established team by recruiting a Senior Event Manager. They deliver a range of high profile, global events for some of the top automotive brands in the industry!
Well established in the industry, this PR and events agency has developed an impressive client base of globally recognised automotive, motorsport and luxury brands. The events span across the UK and overseas and include press launches, product launches, ride and drives and conferences to name a few!
Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity to become part of their Midlands team as an Event Manager. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they have recently taken on a number of new projects and are growing significantly. They are a well established agency and take the lead across a range of UK and international projects.
Client facing, you will have the opportunity to work across an exciting mix of events from the initial event concept through to on-site management. They are ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years working iwthin the industry and has experience managing people.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing events from brief through to delivery
* Acting as a central point of client contact
* Developing proposals and event solutions
* Organising full event logistics
* Contracting and managing suppliers including venues
* Liaising with internal departments such as venue sourcing
* Overseeing the delegate registration process
* Managing event budgets
* Attending the events and being the main point of contact
* Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
Candidates must have experience in managing multiple events, ideally within an agency environment. Candidates must have a production understanding including the ability to liaise with technical and staging suppliers. Any additional exposure of working within the automotive industry will also be beneficial although is not essential.
Candidates will need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills. Most importantly however is a passion for events and a desire to work within the industry!

Due to ongoing success and growth they are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team, and take a lead role on the technical production across a wide range of events from brief through to delivery. This is an integral role within the business and you will play a lead across a range of corporate events.
As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for;
* Meeting with clients and understanding their event requirements
* Managing projects from brief through to on-site delivery
* Carrying out site visits
* Putting together technical specification
* Producing quotes
* CAD drawings
* Managing event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation

EVENT MANAGER - AGENCY
CONTRACT UNTIL MARCH 2020

This fully integrated agency is known for delivering some of the most creative projects, including experiential, activation, PR, social, digital, events and exhibition projects across the globe.
Their fantastic reputation and extensive in house expertise has enabled them to develop an enviable client list across sporting, automotive, energy and retail sectors to name a few.
Our client is now looking for an Event Manager to join this close knit team. Reporting into the Client Services Director and Logistics Director, this role will be integral to delivering a programme of work for the client and will lead on a diverse range of projects, from high-profile media launches to international drive programmes.
The role will have a client facing element so effective relationship building is a key requirement and will include:
Creating, planning and delivering events across the year
Initial brief taking and proposal writing
Full logistics including delegate registration
Supplier management and negotiation
Managing and maintaining client relationships
On site management
Budget management and reconciliation
Supporting Event Executives
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial management skills and have experience in consolidating project costs and budgetary control. You'll also be required to follow through with on-site delivery including overseas, occasionally 4+ weeks so will need a willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours and be open to global travel!
If you have strong knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry particularly launches, drive events, incentive travel and sponsorship events and experience of delegate management systems then we need you!
