Due to their on going success, they are now seeking an Event Executive / Manager to join the team and become part of a company where no two days are ever the same!
Overall responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the team on site, setting up and taking down of events
* Liaising with clients and internal teams
* Supplier and sponsor liaison
* Generation of event proposals and budgets
* Managing client contracts and invoices
* Preparing marketing promotional material
* Managing social media websites
* General administration duties
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events environment. We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with a little experience working within the events industry. Most importantly, it is crucial that you have the drive and motivation to grow and develop within your events career! To be considered, you must hold a valid driving license.

AV TECHNICIAN - EVENTS

This well-established AV company specialise in technical event production and AV hire for the live events industry. Working with end clients as well as events & production agencies they are responsible for the technical production for a range of events including conferences, meetings, roadshows, product launches, award ceremonies and exhibitions.
They work with clients across various industry sectors including technology, telecoms and financial sectors. With an inventory of high-end equipment including set, staging, audio, video, lighting and projects they can manage the full technical production of events from start to finish.
Working in their close-knit and friendly team, you will be rewarded for hard work and be given the chance to work across a broad spectrum of events. You must drive and have your own car to access this client's office.
They are now looking for an AV Technician to join their team and play a key role in supporting on the technical production for a range of events.
As an AV Technician this is a broad and varied role and your duties will include;
*Supporting the Project Manager and wider production team
*Liaising with clients directly and understanding their needs
*Working across a range of events
*Putting together quotations
*Preparing equipment prior to dispatch
*Assisting in pre-event testing of equipment
*Managing the delivery and collection of equipment including dealing with customers
*Booking and scheduling kit and crew
*Supporting in the maintenance and servicing of equipment
*On-site technical management, including rigging and operating
To be considered for this AV Technician role you will ideally come from an AV supplier or technical production company and will have experience in both kit preparation/sch as well as operation onsite. Candidates with a venue or theatre background may also be considered.
