They are now looking for strong Venue Sourcing Executives or Managers to join their close knit passionate team.
Responsibilities are broad and include:
Taking on and developing briefs
Preparing proposals within a set time for the client
Venue sourcing across the UK and internationally
Coming up with new and exciting destinations
Liaising with clients and maintaining relationships
Supplier and venue liaison and negotiation
Continually enhancing your product knowledge on national and international venues
Travelling for inspection trips and venue visits
The ideal candidate will hold strong experience in venue finding in the UK and internationally. Candidates must have experience with liaising with venues and suppliers and have a strong desire to develop their knowledge of venues. Most importantly, the ideal candidate should be career motivated and passionate to propel their career within an events agency.

With new clients coming on board and a busy events calendar for the future there is now the opportunity for an Account Manager to come on board and take ownership of a number of their key accounts.
This is a broad role that includes:
Account management and development
Building and strengthening relationships
Identifying new opportunities
Taking and interpreting briefs
Developing creative proposals
Pitching for business
Working closely with internal teams and ensuring process and SLA's
Overseeing and ensuring delivery of events
Sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships
The ideal candidate will have strengths in account management and development, with a proven background in strengthening relationships. Candidates must be client facing and be confident pitching for business. Candidates from a pure delivery background (with strong client management skills) will also be considered. Candidates from outside of an event agency may also be considered if they have proven account management and development skills.

EVENT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE, PHARMA, AGENCY
Fantastic boutique event agency with a specialism in the healthcare sector seeks an Event Project Manager to join their close knit team and deliver a wide range of pharmaceutical events across the globe!
This lovely privately owned agency work with some of the biggest names in pharmaceuticals, delivering a broad range of events including sales conferences, awards dinners, corporate hospitality, gala dinners, global meetings, management conferences, product launches and exhibitions to name a few! With a worldwide client base they are going from strength to strength successfully delivering an outstanding service for their clients and with their great culture and quirky team - it's a great place to be!
Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to expand their team in West Yorkshire. As an Event Manager you will work across the mix of predominantly pharma clients (and have the opportunity to also work on the other clients as and when) delivering events end to end as follows:
* Brief taking and client meetings
* Proposal research and writing
* Venue finding and attending site visits
* Securing contracts with venues and suppliers
* Managing full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
* Sending out joining instructions and managing delegate attendance and rooming lists
* Managing 3rd party suppliers and DMCs
* Attending events on-site as the lead Project Manager
* Responsible for budgets and final reconciliation
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and must have experience of delivering some pharmaceutical events ideally within an agency with up to date training on the ABPI and other country's healthcare compliance. If you are working on a mix of different clients, or have delivered pharma events in a previous role we will also consider your application - most important is the desire to work on multiple projects end to end as well as a real hands on approach.
