PROJECT EVENT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE, PHARMA, AGENCY
Fantastic boutique event agency with a specialism in the healthcare sector seeks an Event Project Manager to join their close knit team and deliver a wide range of pharmaceutical events across the globe!
This lovely privately owned agency work with some of the biggest names in pharmaceuticals, delivering a broad range of events including sales conferences, awards dinners, corporate hospitality, gala dinners, global meetings, management conferences, product launches and exhibitions to name a few! Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to expand their team in West Yorkshire. As an Event Manager you will work across the mix of predominantly pharma clients (and have the opportunity to also work on the other clients as and when) delivering events end to end as follows:
Brief taking and client meetings
Proposal research and writing
Venue finding and attending site visits
Securing contracts with venues and suppliers
Managing full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Sending out joining instructions and managing delegate attendance and rooming lists
Managing 3rd party suppliers and DMCs
Attending events on-site as the lead Project Manager
Responsible for budgets and final reconciliation
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and must have experience of delivering some pharmaceutical events ideally within an agency with up to date training on the ABPI and other country's healthcare compliance. If you are working on a mix of different clients, or have delivered pharma events in a previous role we will also consider your application - most important is the desire to work on multiple projects end to end as well as a real hands on approach.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team to provide end to end management of small to large scale projects. Reporting to Head of Projects and working with internal teams, the role will also encompass client interaction and onsite management.
End to end delivery of a variety of projects
Taking client briefs and managing the client process throughout
Building and managing relationships with clients and suppliers
Recommending and advising on build solutions
Managing strict budgets and timelines
Creating and advising on production and manufacturing schedules
Liaising with internal teams to ensure the success of the projects
An understanding of design and manufacturing processes
Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to
The ideal candidate will have proven project management skills coupled with an understanding of set/stage design or transferrable skills from a design/manufacturing environment. A proactive and flexible attitude will be vital in addition to an organised approach to project management.
