PROJECT EVENT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE, PHARMA, AGENCY
Fantastic boutique event agency with a specialism in the healthcare sector seeks an Event Project Manager to join their close knit team and deliver a wide range of pharmaceutical events across the globe!
This lovely privately owned agency work with some of the biggest names in pharmaceuticals, delivering a broad range of events including sales conferences, awards dinners, corporate hospitality, gala dinners, global meetings, management conferences, product launches and exhibitions to name a few! Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to expand their team in West Yorkshire. As an Event Manager you will work across the mix of predominantly pharma clients (and have the opportunity to also work on the other clients as and when) delivering events end to end as follows:
Brief taking and client meetings
Proposal research and writing
Venue finding and attending site visits
Securing contracts with venues and suppliers
Managing full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Sending out joining instructions and managing delegate attendance and rooming lists
Managing 3rd party suppliers and DMCs
Attending events on-site as the lead Project Manager
Responsible for budgets and final reconciliation
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and must have experience of delivering some pharmaceutical events ideally within an agency with up to date training on the ABPI and other country's healthcare compliance. If you are working on a mix of different clients, or have delivered pharma events in a previous role we will also consider your application - most important is the desire to work on multiple projects end to end as well as a real hands on approach.

CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE - LIVE EVENT / COMMS AGENCY
This is a one off opportunity for someone who is wanting to start their career in events! As Client Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the events team and taking all of the enquiries that come through the business.
Our client is a multi-award winning design and communications agency with offices in the North and London. They deliver high-end large scale events across a wide range of industry sectors, including product launches, experiential roadshows and internal communications conferences for over 1000 delegates. Other services they offer include video production, content delivery, brand management and design and build for retail, finance and pharmaceutical clients amongst others
Due to fantastic ongoing success, they are now looking for a Client Services Executive to join their Leeds office!
Taking the initial enquiry from clients and delegating it the suitable team
Managing resource assignments at various stages of the project lifestyle
Ensuring all projects are being scheduled efficiently, effectively and profitably
Booking & tracking freelance staff across different events
Attending projects review meetings
Supporting the team with general administration tasks
Updating spreadsheets and documents accordingly
Building efficient relationships with suppliers
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious events graduate, who has completed a placement or entry level Project Assistant who wants to drive their career within events.
To be considered for this Client Services Executive role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the ability to work within a thriving team. You will have strong administrative skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
