THE COMPANY This is a creative, experience-led events agency delivering a wide range of projects across corporate, private and brand sectors. Known for their theatrical flair and immersive approach, they specialise in transforming spaces through creative storytelling, styling and production. With a growing portfolio of work and an increasing demand for high-quality, design-led events, they are now looking for an Event Production Stylist to join the team on a maternity cover contract, with strong potential for the role to evolve longer term. THE ROLE This is a varied and hands-on position where the Event Production Stylist will work across both creative and operational functions, supporting event delivery while managing prop assets and warehouse organisation. The Event Production Stylist will contribute to creative concepts, support live event delivery and ensure all styling elements and props are prepared, maintained and delivered to a high standard. The Event Production Stylist will also play a key role in maintaining inventory systems and supporting prop hire activity. Duties as Event Production Stylist will include: - Designing and developing creative styling concepts for events and proposals- Sourcing, managing and commissioning props and styling elements- Supporting end-to-end delivery of events where styling is required- Preparing packing lists and ensuring all props are event-ready- Assisting with on-site installation and de-rig- Managing prop inventory, storage and warehouse organisation- Maintaining accurate asset tracking systems and documentation- Supporting prop hire enquiries and preparing client quotes- Ensuring all assets are maintained, cleaned and stored correctly THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this Event Production Stylist role, candidates should have experience within events, styling, production or a similar creative environment. You'll be highly organised with a strong creative eye, comfortable working across both conceptual design and hands-on delivery. Experience managing props, inventory or warehouse environments would be highly beneficial, alongside strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach. This role would suit someone looking to combine creative event styling with operational responsibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
