Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment is required. Key Responsibilities: ·        Diary management, scheduling calls and meetings, and coordinating events·        Handling daily email correspondence, addressing urgent inquiries on behalf of the CEO·        Providing private PA support to the CEO, including managing personal appointments and needs·        Maintaining the office filing system and overseeing procedures·        Booking and preparing meeting rooms, as well as arranging refreshments·        Conducting general office administration tasks, including answering calls and welcoming visitors·        Cultivating relationships with supporters and key donors·        Attending meetings with the CEO and compiling meeting minutes·        Providing on-site and off-site support to the events team as required·        Ensuring policies and insurance documents are current·        Updating information packs for Trustee meetings·        Generating reports as requested by the CEO·        Acting as a Personal Assistant in supporting broader operational and strategic tasks where neededThe Candidate: This position presents an exciting career opportunity, offering exposure to various aspects of the charity sector, including events, marketing, programmes, and talent management, as well as operational insights. Their steady growth means they are no looking for an Event Producer to join their collaborative team - this is an opportunity that doesn't come along very often!! The Role As Senior Event Producer, you'll play a key role in the planning and delivery of projects from initial brief through to live event execution.This is a broad role where the Senior Event Producer will use all of their project and production management experience with responsibilities including: -          Leading projects from the initial briefing phase-          Working with clients to establish long term relationships-          Identifying opportunities for repeat business and organic account growth-          Taking briefs and developing unique and creative event solutions-          Managing pitch creation and delivery-          Briefing internal creative and working closely on the creative process-          Collaborating with internal production and external build/AV suppliers for production delivery-          Guiding timelines and project schedules through to delivery-          Owning key event documentation such as event bibles and H&S-          Holding budget ownership for each project-          Leading on the day delivery at live events-          Ensuring sustainability is considered across all event delivery The Candidate We are looking for candidates who have solid senior level event production agency experience leading projects from brief to delivery. Candidates must be able to work in a fast past environment and demonstrate an ability to juggle simultaneous projects. Experience leading client relationships including pitching and developing creative event solutions is a must.
