RMG14708 - Established and award-winning marketing agency based in Leeds city centre are looking for an Account Director to head up a number of exciting key client accounts!

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and growth of client accounts this agency are now looking for an Account Director to join the team. This is a key role within the client service team where you will head up your own key accounts, oversee delivery from a service perspective and manage the team.

As an Account Director you will be responsible for shopper marketing and retail marketing campaigns from POS, promotional marketing, digital, activations and events for both brands and retailers.

Key responsibilities will include;

*Playing a lead role across a number of client accounts
*Building, nurturing and growing client relationships
*Interrogating client briefs and putting together ideas
*Working with the insight and planning team to develop creative strategy
*Seeking new opportunities and business
*Managing a team and delegating responsibility
*Overseeing the full process from start to finish
*Managing full account commercials (planning, budgeting, reporting)
*Introducing new ideas, innovations and technology

THE PERSON

We are looking for Account Directors who come from an agency environment. It is important that you have integrated marketing experience specifically within the shopper / retail space due to the scope of clients and nature of work that you will be involved it.

You with naturally be a good communicator, have the ability to manage, develop and grow client relationships as well a lead a team.
