THE ROLE

With business flourishing they are now looking for an Account Director to join their team and take the lead across a wide range of events.

Responsibilities will include:

Account management including building and developing relationships
Being the primary point of contact for clients
Brief taking
Proposal creation and pitch
Resource planning and allocation of work across the team
Ensuring operational delivery and maintaining SLA's
Supplier management and negotiation to ensure the profitability of events
Line management including making sure team targets are met
On site support when required

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of large scale events from end to end including full logistics and budget management. The ideal candidate will have solid account management experience gained from an agency and have a proven background of managing accounts. Candidates must be client facing and have experience of overseeing a team - but most of all, the candidate will be focused, motivated and passionate about events!
