THE ROLE

Due to the continued success they are now looking for an Account Director to help drive the business forward through both developing existing accounts and supporting with new business.

Responsibilities include:

*Account management and growth
*Building and developing long lasting relationships with clients
*Being the main point of contact for accounts including ensuring effective delivery
*Ensuring resource allocation and process across the team
*Identifying opportunities both within existing accounts and for new business
*Pitching for business
*Financial management and reconciliation
*Management and development of staff

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should ideally be working for a similar agency and have a strong background in event delivery. Candidates must be client facing and have a proven background of managing and developing accounts as well as supporting with new business. Experience of creating and delivering engaging proposals is essential as is a strong commercial awareness. Any exposure to the pharmaceutical market would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Experienced Account Managers who are looking for a step up would also be considered for this role.
