Due to their expanding event portfolio there is now a unique opportunity for an experienced Account Director to come on board and drive the business forward, through developing accounts and increasing business.
You will play a pivotal role within the agency and with the support of the account management team and senior members of the agency you will be responsible for:
* Strategic planning of accounts to ensure organic growth
* Managing and developing client relationships
* Taking the lead on pitches
* Overseeing / leading on the delivery of projects
* Resource planning for projects
* Monitoring service level agreements and profitability across the board
* Stakeholder management
* Financial management and budget reconciliation
* On-site management
* Line management and development of a team
Proven experience of having managed and developed accounts is essential as is the ability to develop relationships. Previous experience of working with technology brands would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
