ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - EXPERIENTIAL AGENCY

An established yet growing events, experiential and brand activation agency, this agency works with some amazing brands in the alcohol, FMCG and technology sectors to deliver a huge range of brand activation campaigns and events to a consumer audience. They are regularly nominated for different industry awards and have a full service offering including digital, social, creative and experiential. From brand activations, to festivals and some sampling at sporting events and outdoor events - this is one of the most forward thinking agencies out there!
Due to some exciting growth of key accounts and new business wins we are now exclusively recruiting an Account Director to join their events team. Currently working in a similar agency, with experience of managing accounts and leading brand activations and experiential projects, the Account Director who joins will have responsibility for the following:
* Working with the client at the initial brief stage
* Coming up with new and innovative ideas for events
* Managing new and existing client relationships
* Maximising accounts and networking across clients
* Budget management and cost negotiations
* Working with internal teams and external suppliers
* Line managing junior team members and interns
Currently working at Account Director level this role is looking for someone who always puts quality first, an expert at juggling multiple deadlines it is imperative that your communication and relationship development skills are second to none - naturally you will always remain calm under pressure! A strong experience of live events and brand experience projects is a given, and you MUST currently be working in an AGENCY. A passion for alcohol brands and live activations will be an added bonus!
