This agency produces and delivers a range of projects including events, roadshows, brand experiences, sampling, experiential marketing, integrated marketing, digital, video and virtual reality.

THE ROLE

Due to continued grow across the business, this agency are looking for an Account Director to join their team where you will head up a number of key client accounts and take full responsibility for the activity across the accounts.

As a Account Director you will be responsible for;

*Managing and developing client and stakeholder relationships
*Managing a number of key client accounts
*Growing and developing client relationships
*Taking briefs from clients and overseeing the creative response
*Producing proposals and pitching for new business
*Providing approval for key project documentation - timelines, reports, etc.
*Building key relationships with internal teams (events, production, creative, video etc.)
*Approving project budgets and protecting company profitability
*Mentoring and managing junior team members
*On-site management where required

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for experienced Senior Account Managers or Junior Account Directors from within an event, integrated or marketing agency who are ready to take the next step in their career. For this role, we are looking for candidates who have exceptional client management skills as well experience in managing a team. This will be a challenging role with fantastic possibilities for progression!
