Healthcare is hugely important in their portfolio and they work with some of the top pharmaceutical companies, delivering projects such as product launches, congresses, publications, stand design and much more!
Due to their growth and success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to come on board. You will be the key point of contact for the team, ensuring excellent client service and communication for the account!
As Account Executive, your role will involved supporting senior level Account Managers and working closely with internal teams to assist with the smooth operations across this dedicated account.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Senior Account Director
Attending all team meetings
Liaising with internal departments
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
Providing status reports
Assist with budget management
High levels of IT proficiency is essential; as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be organised and have a strong administrational skills. Any exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
