THE ROLE

Supporting the team on product launches, award shows and conferences for a number of high-profile clients, this agency are looking for a career motivated Account Executive to joining their fast paced team.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Supporting on project proposals
*Liaising with the creative and digital teams
*Supporting internal teams on developing new briefs - from execution to delivery
*Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
*Delegate management including data reporting
*Sourcing venues and entertainment
*Ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time
*Collating post event feedback
*General administration

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will ideally hold an event management degree and hold experience within an event agency alongside the proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of liaising with teams including creative and production would be ideal but most of all, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
