This established organisation are well known for providing bespoke technology services to some of the most respected exhibition and conference organisers across the events industry. Providing pre-event and onsite registration and data management support for a multitude of events across the year they deliver their services both across UK and internationally including Europe, USA and Asia.
They are now looking for an Account Manager to come on board and join their dynamic team!
As Account Manager you will be very client facing and have responsibility of managing all operational processes including pre, post and onsite event registration.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building relationships with key clients
*Delivering technology solutions in line with client briefs
*Upselling additional services to existing clients
*Overseeing the delivery of each event
*Managing and working closely with in-house teams
*Troubleshooting technical issues
*Travelling onsite where required
*Supporting the management of all IT equipment onsite
*Working across a number of projects simultaneously
The ideal candidate will come with a strong client facing delegate registration or account management background. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time are essential. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be willing to travel onsite to client meetings and for event delivery. A technical understanding of bespoke event registration platforms or a willingness to develop this knowledge would also be beneficial.
