THE ROLE

Due to continued success they are now looking for an Account Manager to come on board and head up one of their main accounts. With a strong focus on SMMP this is a broad role and responsibilities include:

Strategically managing the account and acting as the main point of contact for the client

Managing and developing relationships

Overseeing delivery of the projects

Maximising revenue through ensuring SLA's, compliance and margins

Streamlining processes

Line management and development of a team

Resource management including recruitment, mentoring and training

Daily management including resolving issues and leading internal meetings

Ensuring communication and efficiencies across the team and internal departments

Stakeholder management

Onsite management when required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will currently be working for an events agency and have an operational background, having delivered events end to end previously. Experience of managing accounts and developing relationships is key and any exposure to line management would also be beneficial. Exposure of working within and / or managing accounts with in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare sector would be an added benefit.
