A fantastic opportunity to join this boutique event agency at either Account Manager or Account Director - join their team to manage and grow existing client accounts as well as generate new business for the company! Uncapped earning!

THE COMPANY

Working with some well known clients in luxury auto, technology, healthcare and lifestyle sectors this dynamic agency offers both venue sourcing and event management services delivering a wide range of events including roadshows, conferences, awards evenings and sales meetings. Working predominately within the UK with some international projects our client delivers both small and large scale events reaching numbers of up to 1,000 pax.

THE ROLE

Due to continual business growth our client is now seeking an experienced Account Manager or Account Director to join their team taking responsibility for managing the development of client accounts and support in the growth of new accounts.

Working closely with an existing team, your time will be divided between building existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities across the organisation. Responsibilities will include:

*Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
*Identifying and responding to potential new business opportunities
*Developing a thorough understanding of clients' business and strategy
*Attending and leading client meetings
*Generating creative solutions and managing proposal responses
*Designing, delivering and reviewing ongoing business plans
*Assisting with marketing campaigns when required
*Collaborating with internal teams
*Attending industry and networking events where required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate with have strong account management experience from within an events agency environment, preferably working across a portfolio of blue-chip client accounts. The ability to take ownership over challenging targets and to work within tight deadlines are important attributes to be considered for this position. Most importantly, it is essential that candidates have an enthusiastic approach and a proven drive to develop and grow new business opportunities.
