This is now an opportunity for an Account/Project Director to join their client services team, where you will lead across a number of key client accounts and have full account responsibilities. You will be responsible for client management, growth and retention of the account, overseeing event delivery as well as team management.
This is a very busy and fast-paced role and you will get the chance to work across a range of projects including conferences, product launches, gala dinners, charity events, large-scale public events, incentives, team builds and internal communications.
As an Account / Project Director you will report to the Board and will be responsible for;
- Managing a number of client accounts
- Developing, growing and nurturing client relationships
- Being a trusted advisor for your client and understanding their business / needs
- Putting together client presentations
- Planning and strategy across the accounts to support business growth
- Managing, developing and mentoring a team
- Maintaining strong internal relationships across all departments (production, digital, video etc)
- Championing new ideas for new business generation
- Managing P&L for the account
- Encouraging best practice and processes
- Overseeing team activity and performance
To be considered for this Account/Project Director position you must come with strong senior level events experience working within an agency - we will consider candidates from an events, integrated, or experiential agency. You will come with strong client and team management experience, teamed with vast events knowledge. We are looking for highly organised and dynamic individual who can work within a highly pressurised agency environment.
