Our client work with a range of corporate clients and events & experiential agencies. The events they deliver are high profile and tend to be large scale with a bias toward video as well as the more usual AV equipment.

Due to their on going success they are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team and work closely with the Operation Manager as well as support the rest of the team.
The roles responsibilities are broad and include;
*Booking local crew and resources
*Liaising with clients and suppliers
*Booking travel and accommodation for crew and equipment
*Ensure correct equipment is booked for the right project
*Prepare and sign off invoices
The ideal candidate should have experience working within the events / AV industry in an administrative focused position where they can demonstrate strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach.
