Due to the recent win of new accounts and subsequent growth they are now looking for a Administrative Assistant to come on board and support the team.
*Dealing with general administrative duties
*Assessing project and resource requirements
*Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
*Support to the sales and marketing team where needed
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
*Liaising with suppliers and organising fees
*Generating purchase orders
Candidates must have an eye for detail, strong communication skills and be very project focused - being able to juggle many things at once! Experience of supporting on events previously including liaising with suppliers and purchasing materials would be ideal but candidates with a strong administrational background will also be considered. More importantly is getting the right person on board - someone who is proactive and willing to pitch in with any ad hoc responsibilities and support the team wherever possible.
