Due to on-going growth, there is now the exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team.
Overall responsibilities include:
Working closely with the Project Manager
Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Key involvement in initial design meetings
Assisting with all content related aspects of the project
Understanding materials required for each project
Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers
Booking venues and accommodation
Budget management and quotations
On-site when needed
Candidates must have a proven background of working across exhibitions and should ideally have strong knowledge of the elements involved in creating bespoke stands. Candidates with strong events experience with a passion to work for an exhibition company will also be considered.
Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal teams and overseeing production teams as well as hold strong organisational skills.
