Their expertise lies in the provision of production services to corporate clients, event agencies, production companies, PR & communications agencies, hotels and venues.
As a business they propose, design, plan and execute innovative live event solutions across numerous sectors irrespective of size and scale.
Due to business growth we are now looking for an Account Coordinator to join this global business and work alongside the Hire and Events team to coordinate all enquires via a cluster of five star venues.
To be based in the London office the Account Coordinator will get involved in:
To be the main point of contact on a daily basis
Deal with in coming enquiries and maintain contact through to live event and de-rig.
Coordinate logistics and instruct technical teams where necessary
The ideal candidate will have gained exposure within five star environments and has an understanding of general AV scenarios within the conference and event market within hotels.
