THE ROLE

Due to continued success there is now the opportunity for a Business Development Director to join their team and drive the business forward. As a pivotal role to the agency there is huge scope to develop the position further with responsibilities including:

  • Setting and delivering a sales strategy

  • Actively developing business from new clients

  • Building long lasting relationships

  • Taking briefs including understanding clients objectives and offering solutions to these

  • Identifying opportunities and converting leads

  • Encouraging spend across all areas of the business

  • Working closely with internal departments of the business

  • Booking and attending client meetings

  • Presentation preparation and leading on pitches

  • Networking at events and trade shows

  • Developing and building a sales team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in developing and winning business gained form working with an agency environment. Longevity in previous roles, combined with proven figures to demonstrate success is essential. A delivery background in this area would be preferred but more important is ability to build instant rapport and develop long term relationships with clients.
