THE AGENCY

They have proven capabilities across a wide range of events including product launches, conferences, dinners, hospitality programmes and exhibitions in the UK and overseas. Focusing mainly on the automotive and technology sector they have an established client base, working with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry and are well renowned for delivering quality events time and time again.

THE ROLE

Now at a pivotal point in their growth strategy they are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Sales Director in the next phase of their success. Working autonomously whilst supported at a senior level the BDM will have an individual sales target and be responsible for driving revenue for the agency across untapped clients.

The role includes:

*Generating leads and following them up to introduce the agency
*Attending networking events to elevate profile of the business
*Making introductory calls and arranging meetings with prospects
*Working towards and annual new business target
*Interrogating the brief and preparing proposals
*Working with the design team to come up with innovative event ideas
*Attending events to secure repeat business

THE CANDIDATE

With a proven track record in sales across the events sector, you will be hungry and ambitious for the next step in your career. If you are currently working in a proactive sales role in either a venue, AV supplier, event or production agency, with a solid understanding of corporate events and are looking to join a great team then look no further.
