THE ROLE

Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans there is now an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to come on board and help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities are broad and include:

*Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
*Developing a pipeline of business
*Calling prospect companies
*Researching and building relationships with new clients
*Supporting with pitch documents and costings
*Arranging and attending credential meetings with prospect clients
*Utilising, maintaining and adding data to CRM systems
*Keeping up to date with industry trends
*Attending industry networking events to meet new contacts and generate business

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in sales and be used to working towards, and hitting targets. If you are client facing and have had previous experience in communicating with and presenting to clients then we need you!

A strong commercial eye and the ability to develop relationships is key but more importantly is the desire and ambition to succeed! Knowledge of event technology and the events industry would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
