THE ROLE

Due to some exciting growth plans we now have an opportunity for a new business person to join this fantastic agency and support the Sales Director in their ambitious plans! Focusing on selling incentives and events to a corporate market, this person will be responsible for leading the entire sales process to completion.

An overview is as follows:

* Supporting the Sales Director to deliver the new business strategy
* Unearthing and nurturing leads
* Following up enquiries and booking meetings
* Leading new business meetings
* Managing the sales cycle from brief to contract stage
* Networking and development relationships
* Working closely with the team and supporting on events

THE PERSON

This role is open to proven sales / business development candidates as well as event managers or account managers looking for a new opportunity! The role is very client facing and experience of meeting with and influencing senior level stakeholders is imperative. Most important to my client is a relaxed personality with a thirst for the sale and an ingrained passion for events, incentives and travel!
