Established since 2010 this growing business connects brands and people by providing innovation solutions for exhibition, retail and display. Working closely with both agency and end clients they provide work on a consultative basis and offer end to end project management services. They are now on the look out for an experienced Business Development Manager to come on board and play an integral part in the continued growth of the business. With the organisation motivated towards expansion the role offers fantastic scope to make a significant impact on the development of an exciting organisation.


THE ROLE

As Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of the progression of the company and responsible for identifying and driving new business.

Responsibilities include:

*Proactively unearthing new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, client meetings etc.)
*Working strategically to develop the pipeline of new business
*Taking briefs and pitching for new business
*Developing and nurturing client relationships
*Building existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities within
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
*Keeping up to date with industry trends, the market and competitors
*Attending industry events to meet new contacts and generate business


THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have proven business development experience from within the exhibition and events industry, with proven capabilities of driving new business forward. Experience from an exhibition design and build organisation would be an advantage however candidates from production and events agency background as well as large scale exhibition venues will be considered. You must be confident in a client facing position, comfortable in implementing process into a business and most importantly thrive in an environment that adapts and evolves.
