THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from start to finish! With existing accounts and support from the sales support team, you are responsible for making an impression with all new and existing clients and really heightening opportunity for potential new clients for all of their bespoke event and incentive needs!

Due to an excellent level of service and a supportive Sales Executive there is barely any lead generation and each of the calls will be very warm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on new business leads as well as retaining any existing business
  • Proactively meeting prospective clients
  • Working with sales support to identify new markets
  • Understanding a client's requirements, paying particular attention to detail
  • Working closely with the event managers to create a bespoke event and incentives package
  • Tailoring the packages to suit each individual client need
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding set sales targets

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in new business development, account management and the ability to sell a bespoke service as well as a driven work attitude and a hunger for winning new clients. Experience from an agency background would be beneficial. As a brand new and exciting opportunity that is newly created you have the chance to really make your mark in this great agency.
