We are looking for a Client Delivery Director to join a leading event technology company - with an ambitious growth plan over the next few year, this is an incredibly exciting time to join such a fantastic company!
Our client is a leading event technology company who specialise in providing mobile apps, event registration and RFID smart badges to a varied portfolio of clients of both big brands and smaller companies. Working across a huge range of events they provide their services via their team of experts who come with bucket loads of live event experience! From the initial enquiry all the way through to onsite delivery our client provide a service that is second to none whilst encouraging a fun and dynamic culture within their tight knit team!

As Client Delivery Director you will be responsible for leading the client delivery team in the successful planning, implementation and delivery of projects. Working closely with the COO you will be responsible for process development to ensure project profitability and customer retention, team management and overseeing the delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing key client relationships
*Managing recruitment and training of the growing team
*Coordinating team performance reviews
*Attending monthly board meetings and delivering department reports
*Overseeing the delivery of projects across the team
*Scheduling team resource and equipment
*Maintaining processes and service delivery for clients
*Developing processes to ensure scalable, self service delivery of all products
*Providing input for product updates to support delivery processes
*Controlling department budget and team expenses
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates who have significant experience in client relationship management, developing strategic relationships, implementing processes, managing a team as well as overseeing project delivery across client accounts. Ideally candidates will be working at a Senior Account Manager or Director level within an events/production agency or event supply company. An understanding of technology and data would be hugely beneficial as would experience in delivering software on a self-service basis to a large customer portfolio however this is not essential to be considered for the role.
