RMG16025 - We are looking for a Client Relationship Director with strong sales, new business and account management experience, to join a boutique but growing events agency based in central London.
Whilst boutique in size, this growing events agency have a great industry reputation for delivering creative a wide range of events across the UK and internationally. Offering full event management services they deliver a broad range of events including conferences, incentives, parties, product launches and meetings for a broad range of clients.

This events agency is looking for a Client Relationship Director to join their agency, where you will work alongside the Managing Director and propel this agency into the next stage of their growth. Your role will be split across new business, driving business from existing accounts as well as targeting new clients, nurturing client relationships and overseeing project delivery.
You will lead on ensuring growth, retention and enhanced business performance.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Developing the sales strategy
- Growing business within existing client accounts
- Building, developing and retaining client relationships
- Targeting new client sectors to drive new business opportunities
- Putting together pitch documents and presentations
- Presenting to clients and closing deals
- Working with internal creative and events team
- Networking at events and trade shows
- Overseeing event delivery account accounts
- Ensuring that all service levels are being met across existing and new account
To be considered for this Client Relationship Director role, we are looking for candidates who are currently working in a senior level client services or sales role, from within an event or production agency. You will have strong commercial skills, with a proven experience in growing existing accounts and driving new business.
