Due to continued growth a position has arisen for a Congress Director to join and lead their passionate team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery across multiple congress events throughout the year for some of their high profile clients.
Joining a close knit team, you will be responsible for the ensuring operational excellence of multiple congresses with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Ensuring quality and compliance on all events
Liaising and coordinating with internal teams
Create strategic development across the department
Budget management and reconciliation
Candidates must have experience of managing congresses within the healthcare sector, preferably within an agency environment. A proven background of line managing a skilled team is essentially as is ensuring growth across key accounts. As you will have overall responsibility for the operational success of the department, candidates must be commercially aware and highly organised.
