Our client is a retail marketing specialist whose mission is focussed on connecting and building long term relationships between future stars of retail and their suppliers in the news, convenience and food service markets, Their varied portfolio of events cover the learning and development programme that sits at the heart of their business alongside regular bespoke projects and various summits and gala dinners.
Due to a core member of the team soon to be going on maternity leave, they are now looking for a Content Producer to take ownership over event content for the next 12 months.
As Content Producer you will be responsible for developing the content for our events and guiding the content of our bespoke retailer projects
The roles responsibilities are broad and includes;
*Working closely with the Head of Events to plan and budget delivery
*Conducting industry research to shape content
*Taking ownership over programme development (format, content, timings, etc.)
*Researching and managing external speakers and panellists
*Collaborating with marketing on event content
*Acting as key point of contact for speakers, partners and panellists
*Reviewing the judging process across various events
*Managing key stakeholders to ensure high level of service delivery
*Attending events where required
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates who are currently working within a Content Producer capacity ideally from within a conference organiser or similar environment. Experience in managing content development including speaker management and programme creation within a corporate setting is key for this role. We are looking for candidates who have brilliant organisational skills coupled with an excellent attention to detail and a creative mind.
