DELEGATE MANAGER - EVENT AGENCY

Our client provides complete event production services to audiences of all sizes, worldwide!
From retailer launches and award ceremonies to bespoke hospitality they work with household names within the auto and finance sectors.
Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking a Delegate Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events for their high profile clients.
Working alongside the Senior Event Manager and Event Manager you will be managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects with responsibilities to include:
All registration reporting including on-site registration
Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues
Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites
Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
Booking travel and accommodation
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
Budget management including putting together costings
The ideal applicant will have had previous experience of working within an event agency environment and ideally have proven experience of delegate management.
Experience of using registration tools and systems is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
