Due to the company's growing demand for their services, they are looking for an Event Coordinator to come on board and support the Head of Meeting and Events.
The role is broad and includes;
*Client and supplier liaison
*Processing delegate badges
*On site delivery and support
The ideal candidate needs to hold experience of working within the events industry in a supportive capacity; any experience within a society/ association would be advantageous but is not essential. Educated to a degree level would be highly desirable as is being computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The ability to support a busy events team and the confidence to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is key. In return you will become part of a supportive environment and learn the essentials to grow within the organisation and deliver quality events.
