Due to the continued development of the company, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator to join their Venue Sourcing team.
This role will involve working across some of their largest venue find projects and duties will include:
*Venue sourcing (throughout the UK and Overseas)
*Liaising with hotels and suppliers
*Coordinating and arranging site visits
*Attending FAM trips
*Preparing proposals - giving multiple venue options to the client
*Negotiating rates with venues
*Keeping updated on venue and industry trends
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the events industry and experience of working within an events capacity. This role would also suite someone looking to kick start their career in events, becoming a part of a fantastic agency. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed, whilst working for a close knit "family feel" team.
