THE ROLE

Due to the continued development of the company and rapid expansion plans there is now an opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focussed Event Director to join their dynamic team, working with a range of blue chip clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

You will work across a portfolio of their events, focusing on larger projects and incentive travel events across the UK and Overseas. You will also support and manage a team of Event Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

*Mentor more inexperienced members of the team
*Taking detailed client briefs
*Pitching to new clients
*Proposal writing
*Venue sourcing
*Managing budgets
*Full logistics
*Onsite Management
*Event reconciliation


THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have a strong event agency background and a proven ability to manage large scale/large budget events end to end. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical experience and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with high profile clients. In addition, you will have also managed a team of employees at Event Manger level. Experience organising incentive travel events is preferred but not essential for the role.
