This is a great opportunity to join a motivated events team, delivering high profile events for this corporate financial client. Working within a close knit team you will be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of events including conferences, networking events, corporate dinners drink receptions, exhibitions and seminars, both across the UK and internationally.
Based within their Central London office this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
Managing and delivering a range of events across the year
Managing and communicating project plans
Full event logistics including delegate registration
Overseeing and managing exhibition stand design and build
Supplier management and liaison
Working closely with internal team s and external suppliers
Budget management and reconciliation
Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events end to end and ideally have had experience of working on international projects. Candidates will be considered from either an agency, corporate or conference organiser background but candidates must have had exposure to working with blue chip clients and be happy working in a corporate environment. Exposure to delivering events within the financial sector would be high desirable but is not essential for the role.
