THE ROLE

Due to continued success there is now the opportunity for an Event Manager to join the PCO department and work across a range of international events.

A broad role responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, planning and delivering large-scale events for a variety of clients across the year

  • Proposal creation and pitch, when required

  • Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

  • Delegate registration

  • Liaising with internal teams including creative and production

  • Supplier and stakeholder management and liaison

  • Budget management and reconciliation

  • Onsite management

  • Developing and mentoring junior members of the team

  • Post event reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should ideally be from an event agency, PCO, association or conference organiser and have a proven background in delivering large scale complex events from end to end, including full logistics and budget management. Candidates must be familiar with managing suppliers and liaising with venues, exhibitors and speakers. Any exposure to exhibition sales or management would be an added benefit but more importantly is drive and passion to join a high profile agency and make an impact!
