As Project Coordinator, your role will be hands on in supporting Senior Project Managers and Producer across the board!
Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be highly organised and assist the team in delivering highly creative events! Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Assisting with client briefs
* Venue sourcing
* Delegate and supplier liaison
* Assisting on-site
* Event administration
The ideal candidate will be able to work on multiple projects, under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail. If you have good ability working with MS Office applications and have excellent administrative skills then we need you.
