With global offices they work with clients across a range of industry sectors from pharma, telecoms and government to technology and sport.
Your role as Event Project Manager will be wide and varied and will involve management of events both in the UK and Overseas. Working with a wealth of clients across a range of sectors, you will be providing end-end management across global projects with responsibilities to include:
Creating, planning and delivering large-scale live events across the year with a range of clients
Proposal creation and pitch
Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking
Supplier liaison and negotiation
Briefing and liaising with production and creative teams
Budget management and reconciliation
On-site event management
Post event reconciliation
The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role at an event agency or similar event business. Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management and any exposure to international projects would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
