EVENT REGISTRATION DEVELOPER

This company are highly experienced in the industry for providing bespoke registration solutions for a wide variety of trade shows and conferences. Due to their fantastic registration platforms, they work with a whole host of clients and have recently become part of a wider award winning group. Regardless of the client's requirements the team are dedicated in developing custom registration software that adapts to the needs of the clients and delegates attending.
There is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to come on board and join their close knit team as an Event Registration Developer.
As Event Registration Developer, you will be client facing and hold responsibility over the development of registration platforms and onsite installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Liaising with exhibition and show organisers
*Handling internal and external customer queries
*Managing customer expectations
*Working closely with other internal staff
*Setting up web based registration platforms (full system training will be provided)
*Testing registration platforms
*Building registration equipment onsite (laptops/printers)
*Maintaining and monitoring registration equipment onsite
*Dealing with customer queries onsite
Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates who are extremely passionate about the events industry with an eagerness to be involved in onsite travel. Individuals need to be proactive and have a good understanding of the events industry. Any exposure to delegate registration systems would be beneficial however full training across the registrations platforms will be provided and a willingness to learn is key for this.
