Our client is a boutique brand experience agency who specialise in events, 3D design and build, branding and graphics, servicing a large array of high end clients. As an agency they are a forward thinking and creative business with the aim to inspire and excite the audience.

Producing a variety of projects from conferences, road shows and launches to experiential and PR campaigns.

THE ROLE

We now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Events Operations Assistant / Installer to join the busy team and dynamic team in Berkshire.

This is a hands-on role where you will be supporting the team across the events from setting up a small PA for a conference to assisting in the set up for a nationwide road show

The role of the Events Operations Assistant / Installer is involved from concept through to delivery of the event process including;

The Role:

* Pre-event, on-site and post-event support to the event team

* Collections and deliveries from clients and suppliers

* Preparing display material for installation

* Providing Risk and Method statements for installations and on-site work where required

* On-site set up of displays and graphics

* Assistance to Event Managers on-site as required

* De-rig of events and return of display materials

* Management and storage of event materials and collateral

* Ad hoc general maintenance

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, practically minded all-rounder looking for an exciting and challenging role - no two days will ever be the same!

If you are a team player with a proven track record in delivering all aspects of support for experiential/event projects and will be equally comfortable working as part of the team on-site then we need you.

You will also be provided with a company van, laptop, mobile and promotional clothing for when on-site.
