With a huge commitment to and passion for music, radio and entertainment they produce over 150 events for radio brands, in addition to producing both UK and international festivals - they also have their own urban events venue!

With outstanding and impressive offices based in central London they have a huge audience reach and are dedicated to continued growth and development.

THE ROLE

Due to exciting developments within the organisation they are now looking for a Group Account Director / Brand Partnerships Director to help drive the festival side of their business. Working within the commercial team, you will play a lead role on proposing and agreeing commercial strategy, working closely with senior business stakeholders.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving brand partnerships and engagement across the key business areas including festivals and events.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy
  • Developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships
  • Driving new business opportunities across the festivals, events and venue portfolio
  • Driving new market grow and new revenue streams
  • Driving overall business strategy and direction of the business
  • Playing a lead role within the sales team
  • Managing budgets and forecasting
  • Building both strong internal and external relationships
  • Overseeing the production of live events and festivals

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Group Account Director / Brand Partnerships Director vacancy we are looking for candidates that have a wealth of experience within the live events and festivals industry. We are looking for commercially-minded, dynamic, confident and entrepreneurial candidates that have proven ability in managing and developing senior level stakeholder relationships. We will also consider candidates from events and experiential agencies where you have experience in brand partnerships and events, at a senior level.
