The agency is a full service events, marketing and communications agency that delivers live events as part of wider marketing campaigns for an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients across sectors including automotive, telecoms and IT.
Events include large road shows, award ceremonies and experiential events through to large-scale conferences both in the UK and overseas. With in house design, creative, video, production and event logistics they are winning new accounts, growing existing clients and rapidly becoming a key agency to work for.

We are currently seeking a highly organised Event Assistant to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team across a range of exciting projects and events, providing full assistance and administrative support to the team in all aspects of the events and enquiries.
Key responsibilities will include:
* On-going delegate support
* Reporting into an Event Manager on events
* Sending out joining instructions
* Updating databases with delegate information
* Preparing rooming lists in Excel
* Dealing with and resolving queries
* Communicating with delegates over the phone and email
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and strong administration skills.
