This well-established AV company specialise in technical event production and AV hire for the live events industry. Working with end clients as well as events & production agencies they are responsible for the technical production for a range of events including conferences, meetings, roadshows, product launches, award ceremonies and exhibitions.
They work with clients across a range of industry sectors including technology, telecoms and financial sectors. With an inventory of high-end equipment including set, staging, audio, video, lighting and projects they can manage the full technical production of events from start to finish.
Working in their close-knit and friendly team, you will be rewarded for hard work and be given the chance to work across a broad spectrum of events. Their office is based in Cambridgeshire and is accessible from parts of Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. You must drive and have your own car to access this clients office.
Due to continued success and on-going growth they are now looking for a Junior AV Project Manager join their team and support on live events and hire projects.
As a Junior Project Manager your key responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager
- Taking client enquiries and being a key point of contact
- Advising on technical / AV equipment
- Supporting on technical specifications
- Producing quotes
- Booking and scheduling kit and crew
- Preparation and delivery of equipment
- Onsite technical management
- Rigging and operating when required
To be considered for this Junior AV Project Manager role, we are looking for candidates that are strong Senior AV Technicians or Junior Project Managers from within a technical production company, AV company or production agency. You will have a good understand of AV disciplines.
