THE ROLE

We are now looking for a New Business Manager to drive profitable business growth through acquisition, new lead-generation and partnerships, as well as identifying growth opportunities within the existing client base.

Working closely with the Commercial Director you will develop a strong new business strategy and pipeline in the field of events, live communications and experiential marketing. You will be managing prospects, follow-ups, launch calls, as well as providing support in any resulting pitches, briefs or tenders.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the entire new business process, including management of all new business pitches within the agency.

* Develop and maintain a new business pipeline and database.

* Manage the new business budget across all pitches, agency marketing, awards and lead generation.

* Oversee every stage of the new business process - from cold calling, all the way through to budget and fee negotiation.

* Provide support for pitches, meetings and conference calls as required.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working across a number of marketing disciplines including experiential, events, digital, social and content (B2B and B2C).

You must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills and be a natural yet humble sales person!
