There is now the exciting opportunity for a dedicate Operations Manager to come on board! Working alongside management, you will now have the opportunity to oversee a team of hardworking AV Technicians and ensure flawless delivery across each project time and time again.
As Operations Manager, you will become a vital part in the smooth operations of the business whether it's liaising with clients, managing inventory or travelling on-site.
General responsibilities will include:
Key assistance in developing client briefs
Liaising with internal teams
Providing technical specifications
Commercial awareness to help drive the business forward
Managing stock inventory
Overseeing on-site installations
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong technical background and be working at a similar capacity within ideally an AV company. Candidates must have proven ability to work across multiple projects and management of stock inventory. Given the nature of the role, candidates must be confident client facing with ability to provide accurate quotations and proposals.
