This fast moving production company are currently looking to expand their close knit passionate team, leading to a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to embark upon their career within a company where no two days are the same!
Key responsibilities are broad and include;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and in-house teams
Supporting on the delivery of projects
Processing invoices and other financial documents
Booking travel and accommodation of staff and crew
Monitoring project margins
Maintaining project plans and schedules
Candidates must have experience within an events environment; ideally within an agency but this is not a pre-requisite. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with a placement year; we will also consider candidates who have experience within and office environment and has the ability to confidently liaise with in house teams and suppliers. An understanding of pharmaceutical will be an advantage but isn't a pre-requisite.
Most importantly we are looking for candidates with the ambition and drive to progress their career within events and have a can do attitude to join this well respected company.
