Due to company growth, there is now an opportunity for a client facing Event Project Coordinator to join the dynamic and supportive team where you will be involved in bringing client's ideas to life.
A varied role, the Event Project Coordinator will work with the client from their initial AV hire enquiry through to the day of their event, including:
Taking briefs and interpreting clients event expectations
Client liaison and support
Budget management and quotes
Managing crew logistics including travel and accommodation
Upselling of equipment and internal departments
Working with in-house teams to coordinate jobs
Ad-hoc administration duties
