RMG155588 - We are looking for a Project Manager to join an exciting events and exhibition agency where you will play a lead role in managing the design, build and installation of exhibitions, internationally.

THE COMPANY

This well-established agency offer services including the design & build of exhibitions stands, events, graphic design, branding and video. They work with a wide range of clients across the entertainment, telecoms, IT and aerospace sectors where they project manage the design, build and installation of events and exhibition stands around the world - from bespoke projects through to large-scale trade shows!

Based in Berkshire, this agency has a close-knit and friendly team and offers a great working environment. You will work closely with other Project Managers and their internal creative team of 3D Designers and Graphic Designers to deliver exceptional work for clients.

THE ROLE

Due to business growth and new client wins they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager you will work on trade shows and exhibitions (3D) where you will manage the fabrication and installation of large and bespoke exhibition stands. This role will involve travelling to shows across the UK and internationally so you must be happy to travel.

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include;

  • Working with the Sales Manager and taking briefs directly from clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Managing projects from inception through to final delivery
  • Managing and reporting on budgets
  • Briefing and managing the internal creative team
  • Managing external suppliers and subcontractors
  • Overseeing projects on-site including overseeing stand installation

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager role you must have proven experience in managing the delivery of exhibitions - ideally from an agency or an exhibition design & build company. It is important that you have knowledge of working in 3D and have the ability to brief and liaise with internal creative teams, as well and having the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
